HUNTINGDON (June 4) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on June 4.

Four persons were bound over to the Grand Jury of the Circuit Court.

Jaclyn Lott, Ferris Carter Street, Hermitage, was bound over on charge of Possession Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia; bound over on charge of Child Abuse/Neglect.

Kevin James Luther, Enterprise Street, Bruceton, bound over on charge of DUI-Third Offense; Violation of Implied Consent.

Mia Rhyne, Newfall Lane, Trezevant, bound over on DUI-First Offense; bound over, Possession of Handgun While Under the Influence; bound over, Open Container; bound over, Implied Consent.

Nicholas White, Terry Road, Cedar Grove, bound over, Evading Arrest; bound over, Tampering with Evidence; bound over, Meth-Possess or Casual Exchange; bound over, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding.

James Lee Driggers, Outlook Ridge Cove, Beech Bluff, guilty, 911 Calls in Non-Emergency Situation; probation.

Roger Lawson, Florida Avenue, Trezevant, guilty, Driving While License Revoked; dismissed, Disorderly Conduct.

Michael Leming, Main Street, Atwood, pre-trial diversion, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, $750 fine, probation, alcohol and drug evaluation and counseling; dismissed, Meth-Possession or Casual Exchange.

Sandra Lott, Ferris Carter Street, Atwood, guilty, Child Abuse/Neglect; Endangerment, probation, no contact with child.

Lloyd J. Sawyer, Park Circle, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation,

Michael A. Smith, Walnut Avenue, guilty, Probation Violation.

Andrew Stefaniuk, Herman Street, Nashville, guilty, Theft of Merchandise, eight days jail, $1,229 restitution to Walmart, probation, no contact with Walmart; guilty, Vandalism.

Nicholas Bowman, Moss Creek Road, Cedar Grove, dismissed, Public Intoxication.

Dana Copeland, Blooming Grove Road, dismissed, Probation Violation.

James Driggers, Pitlook Ridge Cove, dismissed, Probation Violation; dismissed, Failure to Appear.

Thomas Hardy, Highway 45, McKenzie, dismissed, Light Law; dismissed, Financial Responsibility; dismissed, Driving Unregistered Vehicle.

Jonathan Navarro, Stonewall Street, McKenzie, dismissed, Driving While License Suspended; dismissed, Violation of Financial Responsibility.

Jimmy D. Turner, Jr., Highway 77, dismissed, Assault; dismissed, Public Intoxication.

Channon Lee Williams, Big Sandy River Rd., Camden, dismissed, Failure to Appear.
