HUNTINGDON (June 2-4) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on June 2 to 4.
Bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court were the following cases.
Bobby J. Bolin, Francis Street, Huntingdon, bound over on charge of domestic assault; dismissed, aggravated burglary.
John D. Forrest, Clear Lake Road, McKenzie, bound over on charge of possession of a firearm with intent to go armed, meth- 3000 grams or more, tampering with evidence, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia.
Angela W. Horn, Mebanewood Drive, Huntingdon, bound over on charge of meth- manufacture, deliver, sale, or possess with intent, possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jeremy Lindley, Spring Creek Road, Lavinia, bound over on charge of failure to appear, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
Roscoe L. McClerkin, Stonewall Street, McKenzie, bound over on attempted second degree murder, aggravated assault, domestic assault.
Jefferson Mills, Chestnut Hill Road, Eva, bound over on reckless endangerment - vehicle felony, evading arrest, flight, speeding, driving without license.
Casey Wayne Toombs, Highway 79, McKenzie, bound over on charges of possession of a handgun while under the influence, schedule III drugs - manufacture, deliver, sell or possess, DUI-first offense, implied consent.
The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding.
Brittany Nicole Arnold, High Street, Hollow Rock, guilty, theft of merchandise, $100 fine, $27.37 restitution to retail store, no contact with store, supervised probation for 11/29.
Lola Dean Clark, Coffman Cemetery Road, Cedar Grove, guilty, DUI -first offense, $350 fine, 48 hours jail, loss of license for one year, 11/29 suspended sentence, 11/27 supervised probation; dismissed, violation of financial responsibility, failure to carry registration certificate, failure to change address within 10 days on license.
James Entrekin, Market Street, Paris, guilty, probation violation, 90 days in jail.
Tara J. Everett, Independence Road, Huntingdon, guilty to lesser charge of reckless endangerment, $350 fine, 30 days jail, 22 months, 28 days supervised probation, no contact with victim, $50 restitution to victim; dismissed, leaving the scene of accident, violation of financial responsibility.
Samuel Evan Arellano Gregory, Hillcourt Circle, Huntingdon, guilty to lesser plea, aggravated criminal trespass, guilty, identity theft, theft, 180 days in jail - 30 in-jail service, remainder suspended with completion of in-patient rehab, supervised probation for 5/29; dismissed, public intoxication, disorderly conduct, burglary.

Bennie M. Harbin, II, Bobbitt Road, Bruceton, guilty, failure to appear, 30 days in jail.
Jordan R. Hart, Murdock Cove, Dyersburg, guilty, vandalism, restitution of $500 to Carroll County Jail, 15 days in jail, unsupervised probation for 11/14.
Allen Ladd, Jr., Maple Street, Sharon, guilty, DUI-first offense, $350 fine, 15 days jail, supervised probation for 11/14.
Ryan Murphy, Cherry Avenue, McKenzie, guilty, domestic assault, 14 days jail, $100 fine, supervised probation for 11/14, alcohol and drug assessment, complete anger management; guilty evading arrest; dismissed, aggravated assault.
Cokie Nell Sweat, Morgan Ross Road, Savannah, guilty, failure to appear, $250 fine; dismissed, driving while suspended, speeding.
