Houston Thomas Wilkes, Highway 114, Hollow Rock, bound over, meth-manufacture, deliver, sale, possession with intent, schedule I drugs - manufacture, deliver, sell, possess; simple possession; violation of protection/restraining order; domestic assault. Dismissed, aggravated assault.
