HUNTINGDON (June 30- July 1) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on June 30 and July 1.


Four cases were bound over the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court.


Kenneth Edward Brewer, II, Elaine Street, Atwood, bound over on charges of evading arrested, driving while suspended, failure to appear.


Dakota Markham, Stigall Road, Camden, bound over on aggravated criminal trespass.


Mark Pearson, Rison Street, Paris, bound over on casual exchange, speeding.


Linda Carol Warren, Holmes Road, Huntingdon, bound over on meth-manufacture, deliver, sale or possess with intent, unlawful possession of weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia.


The following cases resulted in a guilty finding or plea.


Arthur W. Campbell, Fairview Church Road, Huntingdon, guilty plea, possession of drug paraphernalia, $100 fine.


Quinten Eagle, Morningside Lane, Columbia, guilty, probation violation, 10 days jail, removed from probation program.


Joseph Forrest, Sylvis Road, Dickson, guilty, probation violation, theft, $600 restitution, 30 days jail, unsupervised probation; dismissed, failure to appear, dismissed, criminal impersonation.


Calvin Loftis, Jr., Walnut Circle, McKenzie, guilty, probation violation, 120 days jail, supervised probation for 8 months; dismissed, false imprisonment, violation of order of protection.


Britt Shane Nanney, Gurley Creek Road, Lexington, guilty, theft, $200 restitution, supervised probation for 17 months, 28 days, no contact with victim.


Adam Simmons, Highway 114, Buena Vista, guilty, aggravated criminal trespass, restitution of $407 to victim, no contact with victim; dismissed, vandalism.


The following cases were dismissed.


Samantha Rhea, Joyner Lane, Lavinia, dismissed, theft.


Michael Francis Seimo, Oakdale Drive, Hohenwald, dismissed, probation violation.


The following cases were adjudicated through pre-trial diversion.


Charlyce Davis, West Maple, Sharon, pre-trial diversion, failure to appear.


Chadrick S. Jordan, Buck Ditch Road, Huntingdon, pre-trial diversion, evading arrest, sentenced to “stay out of trouble.”


Jesse Everett Leach, Osage Rushing Road, Paris, pre-trial diversion, violation of compulsory school attendance, ordered to take efforts to ensure student attends school.


John E. Maturo, Sr., Walnut Circle, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion, assault-physical, no contact with victim, no new arrests or convictions.
