HUNTINGDON (August 4-5) — The following cases were heard in the Carroll County General Sessions Court.

The following cases were bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court.

Christopher Copeland, Blooming Grove Road, McKenzie, bound over on charges of reckless driving -vehicle/felony; evading arrest - vehicle; driving while revoked due to DUI conviction; speeding; driving an unregistered vehicle; failure to exercise due care. He was found guilty of probation violation.

Ashley McDonald, Main Street, Trezevant, bound over on charge of criminal trespass and theft.

Christopher James Price, no address listed, bound over on theft of property.

Michael Wayne Shackleford, Pleasant Hill, Hollow Rock, bound over on reckless endangerment-vehicle/felony, child endangerment, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to provide immediate notice of accident, reckless driving, open container, violation of financial responsibility, failure to exercise due care, driving unregistered vehicle.

The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding.

Trevor Lake Akin, Mebanewood Drive, Huntingdon, guilty, DUI-first offense, $350 fine, 48 hours jail, loss of license for one year, suspended sentence for 11/29, probation for 11 months, 29 days; dismissed, leaving the scene of accident, failure to exercise due care, and failure to appear.

Brittany Baker, Hunter Ridge Cove, Huntingdon, guilty, possession of drug paraphernalia, $500 fine, supervised probation for 11/29, dismissed, possession of schedule I and VI.

Sarah Marie Burks, Hunter Ridge Cove, Huntingdon, guilty, possession of drug paraphernalia, $750 fine, supervised probation for 11/29; dismissed possession of schedule I and VI.

Christopher Cozart, East Ashley Dr., Gleason, guilty, theft, unsupervised probation for 11/29.

Porter Cunningham, Jr., Everett Street, McKenzie, guilty, DUI-second offense, $600 fine, 45 days in jail, supervised probation for 10/29; dismissed, driving while revoked, violation of implied consent.

Bryan Fitzpatrick, Moore Circle, Gleason, guilty, meth-possession or exchange, $750 fine, supervised probation for 10/29, 30 days in jail; dismissed, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brandy L. Hardin, Green Oaks, Huntingdon, guilty, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia, $150 fine, unsupervised probation for 11/29, dismissed, meth-possession or casual exchange.

Victor Manuel Hernandez, Jr., Cherry Avenue, McKenzie, guilty, resisting stop or arrest, driving without a license, no sentence listed.

Johnny L. Hilliard, Griggs Chapel Road, Cedar Grove, guilty, driving while suspended, violation of financial responsibility, $100 fine.

Samuel A. Jewell, Cherry Street, Milan, guilty, criminal trespass, unsupervised probation for 30 days.

Robert Johnson, Gale Lane, Camden, guilty, reckless driving by intoxicant, $50 fine, supervised probation for six months; dismissed, violation of light law.

Zuljalaal Talib Jordan, Northwood Drive, Huntingdon, guilty, driving while suspended, no sentence listed; dismissed violation of financial responsibility and violation of light law.

Bradley Douglas McAlexander, Highway 220, Cedar Grove, guilty, theft of services, $558.47 restitution, supervised probation for 11/29.

Bonnie Newman, Old Stage Road, Huntingdon, guilty, allowing dog to run at large, $50 fine.

Hunter Ledsinger, Tower Road, Huntingdon, dismissed, driving must be carried, seatbelt violation; pre-trial diversion, reckless driving, $350 fine, supervised probation for 11/28, one day in jail.

Ricky J. Lott, Jr., Sneed Hollow Road, Whitleyville, Tenn., dismissed, failure to appear.

Miranda Kay Luster, Old State Route 22, Gleason, dismissed, schedule VI drugs - manufacture, deliver, sell, or possess.

Bradley Douglas McAlexander, dismissed, driving while revoked-second offense, speeding, registration must be carried, violation of financial responsibility.

James Matthew McMackin, Ruth Street, McKenzie, dismissed, theft, schedule II drugs - manufacture, deliver, sell, or possess.

Kimberly McMahen, Stonewall Circle, McKenzie, dismissed, aggravated assault; pre-trial diversion, assault, 60 days outpatient treatment.

The following cases were adjudicated through pre-trial diversion.
