HUNTINGDON (September 4) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on Wednesday, September 4.

One defendant was bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court.

Demarcus Robinson, Walnut Circle, McKenzie, was bound over on charges of Schedule VI Drugs - Manufacture, Deliver, Sell or Possess; Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.

The following cases resulted in a guilty finding or plea.

Dustin Bonnell, College Street, Bruceton, guilty, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; dismissed, Schedule IV and VI Drugs - Manufacture, Deliver, Sell or Possess; $500 fine.

Derek R. Hill, Memphis, guilty, driver’s License Must Be Carried, 2 days jail, probation; dismissed, driver’s License Address Must Be Changed Within 10 days; Registration Expired; Violation of Financial Responsibility.

Stanley Hill, Jr., Gallatin, guilty, Driving While Suspended, $50 fine, probation, not to drive in Tennessee for one year; dismissed, Speeding.

William A. Hollowell, Hawkins Lane, Huntingdon, guilty, DUI First Offense, $350 fine, 11/29 jail suspended to 30 days, supervised probation, DUI School, not to drive for one year, complete inpatient treatment; dismissed, Driving While Suspended Second or Subsequent Offense; dismissed, Criminal Trespass.

Brandon Duncan Little, Little House Road, Camden, guilty, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $750 fine, 30 days jail, probation.

Matthew McAlexander, Old 22 Lane, Huntingdon, guilty, Public Intoxication, probation.

Robert Nunn, Cherrywood Avenue, McKenzie, guilty, probation violation.

Demarcus Robinson, Walnut Circle, McKenzie, guilty, Driving While License Revoked due to DUI Conviction, 11/29 jail suspended to 48 hours, not to drive for one year, probation; dismissed, Must Stop at All Stop Signs; dismissed, Window Tint Violation; dismissed, Violation of Financial Responsibility; dismissed, Failure to Yield to Emergency Vehicle; dismissed, Violation of child Restraint.

Jacob Saulters, Walnut Avenue, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation, probation extended four months; guilty, License Must Be Carried and Exhibited; dismissed, Speeding; dismissed, Violation of Financial Responsibility.

Michael D. Smith, Bethlehem Street, Huntingdon, guilty, Probation Violation.

Tosha Stubblefield, Wynn Street, Paris, guilty, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, $150 fine, 68-day sentence to run concurrently with another sentence, probation.

Hunter Uselton, Highway 79, Atwood, guilty, DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, 11/29 sentence suspended except 16 days, probation, DUI School, not to drive for one year; dismissed, Vandalism; dismissed, Violation of Duty to Render Aid and Give Information; dismissed, Failure to Exercise Due Care.

Patricia Watwood, Hawkins Creek Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Reckless Driving, $50 fine, probation.

Eddie R. Wood. Armory Street, Huntingdon, pre-trial diversion, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; $150 fine, supervised probation.
