One case was bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court.

Christopher Hollowell, Blythe Street, Paris, pre-trial diversion, Under age 21 Possession of Beer, $50 fine, probation, alcohol and drug evaluation; dismissed, seatbelt violation.

William Henry Hollowell, Abbott Lane, Huntingdon, guilty, Aggravated Criminal Trespass, 20 days jail, suspended to seven days - time served, probation, $500 restitution; dismissed, Vandalism; dismissed, Public Intoxication; dismissed, Criminal Trespass.

Joshua Bernard Jackson, Hunter Ridge, Huntingdon, guilty, Driving While Canceled, $100 fine, probation, alcohol and drug evaluation, must take steps to get a license; dismissed, Speeding; dismissed, Open Container; dismissed, Financial Responsibility.

Christopher Lane, Big John Dr., Martin, guilty, Reckless Driving, time served.

Kevin Milton, Kemp Street, McKenzie, guilty, Reckless Endangerment-Vehicle, $350 fine, suspended sentence except time served, probation.

David Myles, Beasley Street, Huntingdon, guilty, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, $750 fine, sentence runs concurrently with another sentence; dismissed, Schedule II Drugs- Manufacture, Deliver, Sell or Possess.

William Cody Schenk, Blue Lane, Huntingdon, guilty, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, $150 fine, 11/29 jail suspended to 12 days, supervised probation, alcohol, and drug counseling; dismissed, Schedule II Drugs-Manufacture, Deliver, Sell or Possess; dismissed, Simple Possession.

Keri Sexton, Lexington Street, Huntingdon, guilty, Probation Violation, 180 days jail, probation extended.

Wynter Michelle Strayhorn, Walnut Avenue, McKenzie, guilty, Driver’s License Must Be Carried, probation; dismissed, Violation of Financial Responsibility.
