Assault, Disorderly Conduct — According to a report made by Officer Kristen Lee on November 7, 2024, she was dispatched to Taco Bell for a male that might be under the influence that came around the counter for employees and kissed one. He was staggering around and didn’t understand the employees. Upon arrival they said he went to Walmart. The male was walking back towards Taco Bell with a Walmart bag in his hand. The officers tried several times to get his attention and once they approached him, he had a strong odor of alcohol and had just purchased more beer from Wal mart. He didn’t speak English, but his identification card identified him as Lucas C. Bartolo, 56. Lucas was placed under arrest for intentionally causing physical contact with another person without consent and causing a public annoyance due to being drunk and staggering around in businesses.

Driving on Revoked, Suspended License — According to a report made by Officer Kristen Lee on November 3, she was dispatched to a wreck on Hwy 22 South. Upon arrival the subject driving was identified as Cornelius Almon, 31, which dispatch confirmed his driver’s license was revoked. Almon was transported to Carroll County Jail.

Driving on Revoked, Suspended License — According to a report made by Officer Kristen Lee on November 2, she observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed, radar confirmed. The driver was identified as Shaun Unrick, 44, which dispatch confirmed his driver’s license was suspended.

Driving on Revoked, Suspended License — According to a report made by Officer Kristen Lee on November 6, she observed a truck traveling down Hwy 22 with no tag lights. The driver was identified as Thomas Bloxom, 25, of Obion County, and he was unable to provide financial responsibility and had a suspended license. Bloxom received a verbal warning for no tag lights, a citation to General Sessions for Financial Responsibility, Registration Violation, and Driving on Suspended 1st offense.

Forgery — According to a report made by Officer Billy King on October 11, Ginger Nanney emailed Huntingdon Middle School a forged document from Jackson Madison County General Hospital in an attempt to have her child’s absences from school excused. On October 23, it was confirmed that these documents did not come from Jackson Madison County General Hospital. After receiving confirmation the document was forged a warrant was drawn up for the arrest of Ginger Nanney on the charge of forgery.
