Local Players Named To FCA All-State Teams

Several Carroll County football players were named to the 2021 Tennessee Football Coaches Association (FCA) All-State Teams. McKenzie had four players named Class A All-State including Jackson Cassidy, Marquez Taylor, Rashad McCreary and Zach Aird. West Carroll’s Xander Moon and Wyatt Hayes. Other locals named to the team include Peabody’s Khalik Ganaway, Conner Meadows, Jason Baskerville, London Burkett, along with Dresden’s Tatum Oliver.

Local Players Named To FCA All-State Teams

Several Carroll County football players were named to the 2021 Tennessee Football Coaches Association (FCA) All-State Teams. McKenzie had four players named Class A All-State including Jackson Cassidy, Marquez Taylor, Rashad McCreary and Zach Aird. West Carroll’s Xander Moon and Wyatt Hayes. Other locals named to the team include Peabody’s Khalik Ganaway, Conner Meadows, Jason Baskerville, London Burkett, along with Dresden’s Tatum Oliver.

Huntingdon had three named to the Class AA FCA All-State Teams including, Aden Hutcherson, Darius Gordon, and Cade Wood. Other locals named to the AA team include Westview’s Ty Simpson, Garner Anderson, Hayden Smith, and Quincy Hamilton along with Union City’s Carter Bondurant.

In Class AAA there was no one nearby named to the team but in Class 4A Milan’s Hayden Sullivan was named to the All-State Team.

Three players from Henry County were named to the Class 5A team including Luke Brown, Aiden Harrod, and Lewis Hudson.

There were no athletes in Class 6A nearby who were named to the All-State teams.
