Mc Kenzie, TNMcKenzie and West Carroll High Schools have planned Veterans’ Day programs for this week. McKenzie’s program begins at 10 a.m. on Thursday, November 11, with several students reading historical documents and poems. The band will play several patriotic and military style pieces. The keynote speaker will be Garrett Burns.
West Carroll’s program begins at 9:30 a.m. with the band playing patriotic music. Edward Humphries will do the “Fallen Soldier’s Table”. Joey Cherry will be the keynote speaker for the event.
Huntingdon High School is not having a Veteran’s Day program this year.
