Violation of Probation — Lauren Marie Parker, 42, Maple Avenue, McKenzie, was charged with Violation of Probation on March 28.
Officer Dustin McClure went to Parker’s residence to serve two outstanding warrants out of Davidson County and arrested Parker on the above charges.
Domestic Assault — Travis A. Ideus, 28, Birmingham Lane, McKenzie was charged with Domestic Assault on March 26.
Officer Matthew Cunningham, and Sgt. Cody Coleman and Patrolman Batchelder responded to the lobby of McKenzie Police Department where three individuals were arguing.
The incident involved Ideus, his ex-girlfriend and his current girlfriend.
The ex-girlfriend needed some items she had left behind at Ideus’ residence. Ideus reportedly threatened the ex-girlfriend by stating he had a handgun with the ex-girlfriend’s name on it. Ideus was arrested and transported to Carroll County Jail.
Domestic Assault — Terrance T. Davis, Jr., 22, Walnut Circle, McKenzie, was arrested on March 27.
Officer Dustin McClure witnessed a female and male walking and stopped to speak with the female, who he was aware had an active order of protection. A request for identification of the male and a check with the crime computer resulted in the arrest of the male subject, Davis on an outstanding warrant from Shelby County. He was transported to Carroll County Jail on the charge of Domestic Assault in Shelby County.
Failure to Appear — Ryan John O’Rourke, 40, Poplar Avenue, McKenzie, was arrested on a Failure to Appear warrant on March 27.
Officer Dustin McClure and Sergeant Davis served the warrant on O’Rourke at his residence. He was transported to the Carroll/Weakley County line where Weakley County officers took custody of him.
Failure to Appear — Daryl Eugene Ross, 66, Winston, Paris, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for Failure to Appear.
Officer Bryan Batchelder, Sergeant Cody Coleman, and Officer Matthew Cunningham responded to Reynolds Street where they had knowledge Ross could be located. Ross was placed under arrest and transported to Carroll County Jail.
Contempt of Court — Christopher B. Page, 41, Highway 69, Paris, was arrested for Contempt of Court on March 26.
Sergeant Cody Coleman stopped a vehicle for speeding. After checking the driver’s and then the passenger’s identification, Page was arrested on four active warrants out of Henry County for Contempt of Court. He was transported to Carroll County Jail.
