Forgery, Theft — Anthony Blake Clark, 31, Old State Route 22, McKenzie was charged with forgery, theft and burglary after an incident on April 13 in which he signed a check stolen from a local businessman.
Officer Cody Coleman received a call from Eagle Food Mart concerning a check for $65.96 signed by Clark. It was on a business checking account that had been closed for 20 years. The checks were in the vacated old livestock sale barn just off Euclid.
Clark was arrested on the related charges.
Driving on Revoked — Fourth Offense — Jessica Breaux, 29, Jewel Store Road, Dresden was charged with driving on revoked fourth offense and illegal window tint after a traffic stop on April 12.
Officer Dalton Raspberry stopped the Jeep Liberty Breaux was driving because of the window tint was too dark. A check of her license revealed the revoked status.
She also had multiple active arrest warrants including failure to appear, violation of probation. She was transported to the former Not Hig’s Restaurant to place her in custody of a Weakley County Sheriff’s deputy. She was cited into Carroll County General Sessions for the new charges.
Vandalism — Anthony Lee Marr, 43, Euclid Avenue, McKenzie was charged with vandalism on April 17 after an incident involving a missing heart monitor.

Officer Stacey Bostwick issued a criminal summons for vandalism after the victim stated Marr was upset with her and took her heart monitor and other items. Officer Bostwick observed some items had been thrown to the ground from a second-floor balcony. A search of the contents revealed the heart monitor.
Driving on Revoked, Drug Paraphernalia — Stacy Lynn Hinson, 45, Big Buck Road, Trezevant and April Vestal, 34, of the same address were both charged in a single traffic stop on April 14.
Officer Kyle Beauchamp stopped a Jeep Liberty after spotting it on the Carroll County Electric Warehouse parking lot and driving away. A check of the driver’s license of Stacy Hinson revealed the revoked status. The passenger, Amy Vestal, gave permission to search. The report indicates MPD found two needles, three marijuana smoking pipes and a glass smoking pipe with meth residue in a purse under the passenger seat. Vestal was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were cited into court.
Simple Possession, Drug Paraphernalia — Destiny D. Jones, 32, Booker Street, McKenzie was charged with simple possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia on April 18.
Officer Cody Coleman was serving a warrant for failure to appear on Jones and found her in a outbuilding at the address. When she opened the door, the officer saw drug paraphernalia on the floor next to her feet. She admitted to having meth in one of the syringes. There were also a small glass bowl containing residue of marijuana and meth and three empty syringes. A plastic bag of .3 grams of a crystal-like substance was on her person and surrendered to officers. She was transported to Carroll County Jail.
Driving on a Revoked License — Michelle M. Feagans, 51, Ashby Road, Camden was charged with driving on a revoked license after a traffic stop on April 14.
Officer Dalton Raspberry stopped the Toyota 4Runner for too dark of window tint and discovered the driver, Michelle Feagans’ license was revoked. Her vehicle was towed from the scene and she was transported to Carroll County Jail.
