When officers pulled into the parking area, Terry attempt to walk away. Officer Raspberry pulled his Taser, activated the red laser target light but did not deploy the Taser. Terry was taken into custody without incident on outstanding warrants of Failure to Appear and Violation of Probation. He transferred to Weakley County officers at the edge of McKenzie.

While at the scene, officers observed Kevin L. Walker, who walked away from the gathering when officers arrived. A warrant check revealed an outstanding warrant out of Gibson County for violation of probation. Gibson County officials faxed the warrants to MPD dispatch, however, Mr. Walker was not located when officers returned to Relax Inn.
