MARTIN (March 13, 2020) -  Until further notice, Rural King store is eliminating its policy of free popcorn and coffee because of the nationwide virus scare.

According to a letter from Alex Melvin, CEO of Rural King, the store associates are cleaning carts, doors, register areas and restrooms throughout the day.

Associates are instructed on the importance of regular hand washing.

"We must come together as a community to best serve one another," writes Melvin.
