Mc Kenzie, TNHENRY COUNTY — An innovative asphalt grinding and paving operation is in progress between McKenzie and Paris on U.S. 79 (S.R. 76). In one operation, Dustrol, Inc. of Kansas removes the top layer of asphalt, conditions it and reapplies it.
