Phaedra A. Creed has been with Mothers Against Drunk Driving since October 2000. Phaedra started her MADD career in Missouri as she offered assistance to victims of impaired driving crashes providing information with victim assistance, grief support and legal advocacy. Phaedra served as the Victim Services Manager for MADD Missouri for nearly 8 years. In 2012 Phaedra joined the MADD Tennessee State office where she is serving as the State Program Director. Phaedra’s passion is specifically working with Law Enforcement and Youth Underage Drinking programs.

Phaedra became a member of MADD in 1996 when she was struck head-on by a .08 (BAC) drunk driver leaving her paralyzed and in a wheelchair. She resides in Nashville with her two children.

Following the address to the county students, many of them signed a Prom Promise to abstain from drugs and alcohol.
