McKENZIE (April 22) — McKenzie High School hosted region soccer foe Hickman County Tuesday. The contest was knotted at 1-1 at the half, but the Rebels took control early in the second period and cruised to a 6-2 victory.
Rebel Eli Vinson scored a pair of goals. Guillermo Hickman, Marshal Vinson, Morgan Christman and Jony Hernandez each scored a goal. Alex Garcia had three assists.
McKenzie goalkeeper Nate Dameron recorded six saves in the win.
