Rebels to Play Milan in Lions Club ‘Sight Bowl’ March 9

Posted

After a two-year hiatus because of the coronavirus pandemic, the Milan Lions Club 9th annual spring ‘Sight Bowl’ is back.

The football scrimmage game pits the Milan Bulldogs against the McKenzie Rebels at Johnnie Hale Stadium on Wednesday, March 9. Start time is 5 p.m.

Tickets for the game are $5 each in advance and $6 at the gate. The maximum charge for families is $12.

Proceeds from the game will benefit the Lions Club Vision Program that provides prescription eye care and glasses for the less fortunate in the 38358 area code.

Following the game, the Lions Club will serve meals to each member of both teams.

The Milan Lions Club thanks coach Wade Comer and the Rebel fan base for supporting this worthwhile cause.
