Tuna Dinner
1 package golden quick macaroni and cheese dinner
1 /2 cup milk
1 flat can tuna, drained
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Prepare macaroni and cheese dinner as directed. Stir in soup and milk. Gently stir in tuna. Heat to serving temperature.
Breakfast Coffee Cake
1 package frozen rolls
1 cup pecans
1 stick butter or oleo
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 -3oz. package butterscotch pudding mix (not instant)
Butter bundt pan really well. Sprinkle some pecans on bottom. Add frozen rolls (don’t let thaw). Lay across the bottom of pan. Sprinkle the dry butterscotch pudding over them, then the pecans. Put butter, brown sugar and cinnamon in bowl. Place in microwave to melt. Pour over the rolls Cover and let set overnight. In the morning bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Tex Mex Chicken
1 broiler-fryer chicken 2 1/2 lbs, cut into 8 pieces
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 cup frozen whole kernel corn
1 1/2 cup fresh, canned or bottled salsa
3 Tablespoon tomato paste
Butternut Pound Cake
1 Duncan Hines butter yellow cake mix
3/4 cup Crisco oil
2 teaspoon Vanilla butternut flavoring
4 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1 -8oz. sour cream
Mix all ingredients together. Cook at 325 degrees for 35 minutes in a greased and floured tube pan.
Snow on the Mountain
2 eggs
2 tablespoon flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup nuts
1 cup chopped dates
Beat eggs. Add sugar. Stir in flour, baking powder and vanilla. Add dates and nuts. Pour into greased and floured 13x9 pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool until you can remove from pan and crumble on serving plate (mixture will be sticky). Top with sliced bananas, mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, and maraschino cherries. Cover with Cool Whip.
