Pecan Turtle Bars
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 cup pecan halves
1 cup milk chocolate chips
Mix flour, brown sugar and butter together; then firmly press into a 9x13 cake pan. Sprinkle pecans on top.
Caramel Filling:
2/3 cup real butter
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
Bring butter and brown sugar to a boil over low heat and boil 1/2 to 1 minute, stirring constantly. Pour this mixture over the previous flour mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-22 minutes. As soon as bars come out of oven, sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Swirl over the chips with a knife, but leave most of them whole.

Lemon Squares
1 stick margarine, melted
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Mix and press into greased 8 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Topping:

1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
2 tablespoon flour
3 tablespoon lemon juice
Mix topping ingredients together and pour over first mixture when taken from oven.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and cut into squares while warm. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.

Peanut Butter Banana Brownie Pizza
1 pkg brownie mix
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
3 large bananas, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup coarsely chopped peanuts
2 squares semi sweet chocolate
2 teaspoon butter or margarine
Prepare brownie mix as directed on package. Spread butter evenly in greased 12 inch pizza pan. Bake 20 minutes; cool completely on wire rack. Mix cream cheese, sugar and peanut butter with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Spread over brownies. Arrange banana slices over cream cheese mixture;sprinkle with peanuts. Cook chocolate and butter in heavy saucepan on very low heat, stirring constantly, until just melted. Drizzle over bananas and peanuts.
