Wedding Punch
2 quarts orange juice
1 cup lemon juice (real lemon)
1-2 cups sugar
1 quart pineapple juice
2 quarts water
2 quarts ginger ale
Dissolve sugar in 1 quart water (hot). Stir in other liquids. Refrigerate. Serves 35-40 people. Frozen, this makes a delicious slush mixture.
 
Drop Rolls
1 package yeast
1 1/2 stick of margarine
1 egg
2 cup warm water
1/4 cup sugar
4 cup self rising flour sifted
Place yeast in warm water. Melt butter and mix with sugar. Add egg. Mix yeast with cream mixture and add flour. Drop by spoonfuls into muffin tins, 2/3 to 3/4 full. Bake at 400 degrees until brown.
 
Chicken Spaghetti
6 chicken breasts
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup green pepper, chopped
1 cup mushrooms
2 cans cream chicken or mushroom soup
1 large onion, chopped
1 cup chicken broth
Sliced stuffed olives
Grated cheese
Cook chicken breast until done and chop. Boil vegetables in chicken broth until tender. Mix together everything with 2 cups cooked spaghetti. Salt and pepper to taste. Save 1 cup cheese for top sprinkle. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
 
Hush Puppies
1 cup Bisquick
1 cup chopped onion
Little sugar
1 cup milk
1 cup self rising corn meal
1 egg, beaten
Optional: Green onions and blades. Fry in hot cooking oil.
 
Squash Patties
3 or 4 medium squash, shredded
Couple handfuls soda crackers, crushed
1 egg, beaten
Small amount shredded cheese
Small amount of onion cut up
Salt and pepper
Stir together and fry small amounts in very little oil. Do not press down.
