Trespassing — Jodi L. Kelley, 49, of 310 Fairview Church Road, Huntingdon, was charged with trespass of real property on Dec. 11.

According to the report by Deputy Christopher Adams, deputies responded to 260 Fairview Road in response to a call about a woman in the yard. Upon arrival, Adams observed Kelley walking along the road collecting items. Adams noted that Kelley was wearing only a winter jacket with nothing underneath. Adams also noted Kelley had previously been warned to stay off that property. The owner of the property also said that Kelley is starting to get violent with a relative.

Court Order Violation — Blake Edward Speer, 31, of 1103 Bobbit Road, Hollow Rock, was arrested on Dec. 16 in Hollow Rock for violating a court order and drug charges.

According to the report by Deputy Frank McGee, he drew up a warrant for Speer’s arrest after Speer’s ex-wife advised deputies Speer had been texting her and driving by her home in violation of a court order of protection. McGee located Speer at a residence on Highway 114, and the deputy found a gram of methamphetamine, a spoon, and two syringes in Speer’s possession while checking him for weapons.
