Court Order Violation — Robert Harris, 53, of 945 Bobbitt Road, Bruceton, was arrested on Nov. 8 for allegedly violating a court-issued order of protection.

According to the report by Deputy Christopher Adams, the female victim spoke with deputies, saying Harris called her that morning in violation of an active court order issued in Carroll County General Sessions Court. Deputy Kenny Tucker found Harris and placed him under arrest later that day.

Court Order Violation — A warrant with a $1,500 bond was recently issued against Blake Edward Speer, 31, of 1935 McKey Levee Road, Buena Vista, for allegedly violating a court-issued order of protection.

According to the report by Deputy Christopher Adams, the female victim told deputies on Nov. 4 that Speer had attempted to call her earlier that day in violation of a court order, though, as she stated, she did not answer on the advice of her attorney. The report noted that Speer had appeared in court on Nov. 2, at which time the order of protection was issued against him.
