State Budget Includes $11 Million To Carroll County 1000-Acre Lake

CARROLL COUNTY — The Carroll County 1000-Acre Recreational Lake might become a state-owned lake if the State of Tennessee provides $11 million to retire the debt of the lake’s owner, the Carroll County Watershed Authority (CCWA), a government entity separate from all other county governments.
