CARROLL COUNTY — An ongoing investigation by special agents assigned to TBI’s Drug Investigation Division and the Huntingdon Police Department has led to multiple drug-related charges for a Carroll County man and McNairy County woman.
On April 28, while pursuing leads in an ongoing case, investigators found methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and multiple firearms at a home in the 900 block of Enoch Cemetery Road in Huntingdon. As a result, agents arrested the home’s occupant, Bobby Johnson, and a woman later identified as Nykole Hineline.
Bobby Johnson (DOB 01-18-1969) and Nykole Hineline (DOB 04/27/1988) were each charged with one count of Possession of Schedule II with Intent to Distribute (Methamphetamine), three counts of Possession of a Firearm in the Commission of a Dangerous Felony, three counts of a Felon in Possession of a Firearm, and one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Both were booked into the Carroll County Jail, each on a $91,000 bond.
The charges and allegations referenced in this release are merely accusations of criminal conduct and not evidence. The defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt and convicted through due process of law.
