HUNTINGDON (July 20) — During the July meeting for the Carroll County Budget Committee, two organizations were granted funds from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) held by the county. The Cedar Grove Public Utility District requested $500,000 and the McKenzie Industrial Board requested $20,000.
