Donald Joseph Calderaro

GLEASON — A memorial service for Donald Joseph Calderaro, 72, is Saturday, August 5, 2023 at 2 p.m. at Tumbling Creek Baptist Church near Gleason with Brother Gene Price officiating. It was Mr. Calderaro's wishes to be cremated.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 5, 2023, 1 p.m. until service time at 2 p.m.
Mr. Calderaro, a retired police officer for the Chicago Police Department, died Thursday, July 27, 2023 at his residence. He was born on March 21, 1951 in Chicago, Illinois to Dominic and Leonette Nadeas Calderaro. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police and a member of Tumbling Creek Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife, Charlotte DeRossett Calderaro of Gleason, a daughter, Anne Marie (Ryan) Melton of Jackson, Tenn., two sons, Christopher Calderaro of Chicago, Michael (Heather) Calderaro of Clarksville, Tenn., ten grandchildren, and one great -grandchild.
Memorials may be made to The American Cancer Society in memory of Mr. Calderaro.
