Robert was very well known for his 'hard work' ethic! He was a former United States Air Force Airman and served 21 years before being honorably discharged with multiple awards and decorations for retirement. He then worked as a Locomotive Engineer for the CSX Railroad Service for 38 years. Lastly, he drove tour buses for Greyhound, Gray Line, and Metro Livery, respectively, for the past 12 years. In addition to work, Robert was a faithful member of the Beasley Street Church of Christ in Huntingdon, Tennessee. He thoroughly enjoyed attending church, playing his keyboard, listening to jazz music, discussing his tenure in the military and spending time with his family.

Robert was also a member of the Webb Alumni and Huntingdon American Legion.

Robert was united to Paula Jean Barham in holy matrimony on September 23, 1967. From this union three children were born. He was preceded in death by his son Corey Bernard Clark and grandsons Maurice Corvette Webb, Sr. and Brevin Lamar Harris.

Robert was very proud of his wife, kids, and grandchildren. He always boasted about his family!
