Mc Kenzie, TNHUNTINGDON (January 25) — Carroll County Electric Board of Directors voted to proceed with designing and constructing a new substation in the Leach Community along Highway 70. The growth around Lake Halford and Indian Lake in the Cedar Grove area necessitates the new substation to divert the load from other substations.
