Mc Kenzie, TNWESTPORT — Mr. Willard Ellis, 80, of Westport, Tennessee, died Thursday, March 7, 2024, at Jackson-Madison General Hospital.
Funeral services were Sunday, March 10, 2024 in the Chapel of Dilday-Carter Funeral Home. Interment was in New Hope Cemetery. Brother Ronnie Hays and Brother Michael Butler officiated.
Ellis was a former elected commissioner on the Carroll County Commission.
Mr. Ellis was born March 4, 1944 to the late Elwood Ellis and Willie Gray Brackins. He was preceded in death by his wife, Nettie Ellis, two brothers, Bobby Ray Ellis and James Elwood Ellis;
