Cash Express Honors McKenzie’s First Responders

McKENZIE (September 11) — On Friday, Cash Express honored McKenzie Police (MPD), McKenzie Fire & Rescue (MFD), and Baptist-Carroll County Ambulance first responders with cakes decorated with the American flag and cards signed by McKenzie businesses thanking them for their dedication to the communities they serve. 

For over 20 years, Cash Express in McKenzie has honored McKenzie’s first responders on the anniversary of the September 11 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center in New York and the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia. 

McKenzie Cash Express manager Monica Harrison said, all Cash Express locations pay tribute to their area’s first responders on September 11. It has been the tradition for as long as Harrison has been with the company.
