Award-Winning Bluegrass Duo Sets Dixie Return

Awarding-winning bluegrass duo Dailey & Vincent will return to The Dixie Carter Performing Arts & Academic Enrichment Center for a matinee Saturday, October 2, at 2:00 pm.
Always fan favorites at The Dixie, Dailey & Vincent occupy rarified air in the music business, holding five GRAMMY awards individually, three collectively, and 35 International Bluegrass Music Association (IBMA) awards. Their reedy harmonies and world-class musicianship have garnered well-deserved praise for their distinctive style. Each of their last six album releases have landed at the top spot on the Billboard charts.
The duo’s first Christmas album, “Dailey & Vincent: The Sounds of Christmas,” debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Bluegrass chart and No. 8 on the Billboard Holiday chart, landing behind modern crooner Michael Bublé and acapella sensation Pentatonix as the only country, bluegrass and gospel act in the Top Ten.
Entertainers in the truest sense, Dailey & Vincent have spent the past four years recording the nationally televised Dailey & Vincent Show on RFD with musical guests from the bluegrass, country, and gospel worlds. Their PBS special, “Dailey & Vincent ALIVE – In Concert” has aired more than 1,000 times.
