Bethel Plans New Golf Practice Facility

Bethel plans to construct a new indoor/outdoor golf practice facility near the new Dollar General store, located on State Route 22 N., McKenzie.

The 2,600 square-foot facility will provide a facility for student-athletes to practice regardless of the weather. It will have a simulator, locker rooms, study lounge. The two coaches said it will help in student recruitment for golf athletes. Additionally, it can provide some tutoring opportunities for student-athletes to help other golfers.

The estimated cost is $450,000. The school has already collected donations to cover over two-thirds of the cost.
