McKENZIE — Bethel University Athletics extends its sincere appreciation to the corporate sponsors whose generous financial and in-kind contributions helped make the First and Second Round NAIA Women’s Basketball National Tournament a successful event at Crisp Arena.

Through the support of these valued partners, Bethel Athletics was able to provide a welcoming and memorable tournament experience for the visiting teams, coaches, administrators, and fans who traveled to campus. The collaborative effort between the university and the local business community helped showcase Bethel University and the surrounding community as an outstanding host site for postseason competition.

Visiting coaches and administrators from participating institutions expressed their appreciation for the hospitality they received from the Bethel staff and the Carroll County community throughout the tournament.

Vice President of Athletics Derek Horne emphasized the importance of corporate partnerships in creating high-quality events that benefit both the university and the community.

“Support like this is what will be the tipping point for our athletics department to make a positive impact in our community,” Horne said. “I would like to thank Smith and Anderson Optometry, Carroll County Bank and Trust, the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce, Centennial Bank, The McKenzie Banner, Pepsi Mid-America, Happy Book Stack, Virtual Academy, and Nicky Joe Stafford Real Estate. Their support added tremendously to the success of this event.”

Bethel Athletics values the relationships it has built with local businesses and organizations and recognizes that their partnership plays a vital role in hosting championship-level events. The university looks forward to continuing these collaborations and welcomes additional businesses interested in supporting future Bethel Athletics initiatives.

Organizations interested in becoming corporate partners or sponsors for future Bethel Athletics events are encouraged to contact the Bethel Athletics Department to learn more about partnership opportunities that help support student-athletes while promoting community engagement.
