From the Jul 21, 2026 e-EditionMrs. Betty Jane Crocker, 90, of Huntingdon, Tennessee, died Friday, July 17, 2026, at Huntingdon Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Funeral services are Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 11AM, in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Bro. Steve Martin officiating. Interment will follow in New Independence Cemetery.
The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Monday from 5 PM until 8 PM and on Tuesday from 10 AM until the time of service.
She was born February 23, 1936, in Bradford, Tennessee, to the late Paul and Nell (Barton) Spain. She was a homemaker. She was also preceded in death by her husband, George Crocker; a daughter, Kim Waller, a son, Michael Crocker, and a great-granddaughter, Audrey Denson.
She is survived by a son, Mark Crocker (Cammy) of McLemoresville; a sister, Judy Deere (Larry) of Atwood; seven grandchildren: Brooke, Brittney, Kendra, Dustin, Josh, Jennifer, and Candice; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
