Ms. Townsend's graveside service is at Fairview Cemetery on Thursday, June 12, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.
Ms. Townsend was born on April 30, 1952 in McKenzie to the late James Paul Townsend and Mary Ezell Chesser. She was a retired forklift operator at Allegion Republic Doors and Frames Ms. Townsend grew up loving animals, her favorite being horses.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Barbra Ann Franklin, and a brother Paul Ray Townsend.
She is survived by her sister, Melinda Mayberry of McKenzie.
