Little MISS CARROLL COUNTY (4-6 year olds)
SATURDAY, August 3, 2024
Begins at 9:00 am
RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Contestants must be 4, 5 or 6 years old to enter.
2. Contestants must be a resident of CARROLL COUNTY or attend a Carroll County school.
3. Contestants will be judged on beauty, poise and personality.
4. Contestants must be dressed in formal attire.
5. Contestants are not eligible to compete if he/she has previously held this title.
6. One winner will be crowned with four places awarded 1st – 4th maid.
7. Registration is from 8:30 am until 8:55 am.
8. There is a registration fee of $20.00.
Little Miss FAIREST OF THE FAIR (7-9 year old girls only)
SATURDAY, August 3, 2024

1. Contestants must be 7, 8 or 9 years old to enter.
2. Contestants must be a resident of CARROLL COUNTY or attend a Carroll County school.
3. Contestants will be judged on beauty, poise and personality.
4. Contestants must be dressed in formal attire.
5. Contestants are not eligible to compete if she has previously held this title.
6. One winner will be crowned with four places awarded 1st – 4th maid.
7. Registration is from 9:00 am until 9:25 am.
8. There is a registration fee of $20.00.
Junior FAIREST OF THE FAIR (10-12 year old girls only)

1. Contestants must be10, 11 or 12 years old to enter.
2. Contestants must be a resident of CARROLL COUNTY or attend a Carroll County school.
3. Contestants will be judged on beauty, poise and personality.
4. Contestants must be dressed in formal attire.
5. Contestants are not eligible to compete if she has previously held this title.
6. One winner will be crowned with four places awarded 1st – 4th maid.
7. Registration is from 9:30 am until 9:55 am.
8. There is a registration fee of $20.00.
Miss Teen FAIREST OF THE FAIR (13-15 year old girls only)
SATURDAY, August 3, 2024
10:30 am
RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Contestants must be 13, 14 or 15 years old to enter.
2. Contestants must be a resident of CARROLL COUNTY or attend a Carroll County school.
3. Contestants must never have been married nor had a child.
4. Dresses will be formal wear and floor length.
5. Contestants will be judged on beauty, poise and personality.
6. Contestants are not eligible to compete if she has previously held this title.
7. Registration is from 10:00 am until 10:25 am.
8. There is a registration fee of $20.00.
9. One winner will be crowned with four places awarded 1st – 4th maid.
10. The Queen will be expected to attend events at the fairground throughout the week as needed.
Miss FAIREST OF THE FAIR (16-20 year old girls only)
SATURDAY, August 3, 2024
Begins at 1:00 pm
Interviews begin at 11:00 am
RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Each contestant must have reached her 16th birthday but not her 21st birthday on December 31, 2024.
2. Contestants must be a resident of CARROLL COUNTY or attend a Carroll County school.
3. Contestants must never have been married nor had a child.
4. Dresses will be formal wear and floor length.
5. Contestants will be judged on beauty, poise and personality.
6. Contestants are not eligible to compete if she has previously held this title.
7. One winner will be crowned with four places awarded 1st – 4th maid.
8. The Queen will be provided with a schedule of fair events and be expected to attend throughout the week.
9. Contestant must be checked by into the fairgrounds by 10:30 am.
10. There is a registration fee of $20.00 which is due by 2:00 pm on August 2, 2024.
11. Contestant will be contacted with her interview time. Interviews will begin promptly at 11:00 am at the Civic Center.
The winner of the Carroll County Fairest of the Fair will win a 4 day/3night trip to the Tennessee “Fairest of the Fair” contest with is sponsored by the Tennessee Association of Fairs. The contest is held in Murfreesboro in connection with the annual meeting of the Tennessee Association of Fairs on January 17, 2024. The Queen will also win $100.00.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Contestants must be a resident of CARROLL COUNTY.
2. One winner will be chosen with four places awarded 1st – 4th runner up.
3. Registration is from 8:30 am until 8:55 am.
4. There is a registration fee of $20.00.
5. CONTESTANTS ARE TO WEAR SUNDAY DRESS ONLY, NO FORMAL PAGEANT WEAR AND NO DENIM. THOSE NOT COMPLYING WITH THE DRESS CODE WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.
GROUPS WILL BE IN ORDER LISTED:
a. Boys and Girls under 6 months begins at 9 am
b. Boys and Girls 6 to 11 months begins at 9:30 am
c. Boys and Girls 12-23 months begins at 10 am
Tiny MR and MISS CARROLL COUNTY (2-3 year olds)

5. There is a registration fee of $20.00.
6. CONTESTANTS ARE TO WEAR SUNDAY DRESS ONLY, NO FORMAL PAGEANT WEAR AND NO DENIM. THOSE NOT COMPLYING WITH THE DRESS CODE WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.
