Penny Parker Burke, May Street, McKenzie, bound over, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange (Marj. <1/2 oz or 14.175 grams); bound over, Meth – Possession or Casual Exchange; bound over, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Uses & Activities.
The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding:
Jesi Ariana Brown, Jamison Drive, Huntingdon, guilty – lesser charge, Drivers License to be Carried and Exhibited, no fine, 30 days, unsupervised probation, payment arrangements through clerk's office; dismissed, Speeding.
Jay Joseph Carter, Brandon Way Lane, Lakeland, Tenn., guilty, Meth – Possession or Casual Exchange, $750 fine, 30 days, has hold for Shelby County on felony charges; dismissed, Tampering with Evidence; dismissed, Criminal Impersonation; dismissed, Resist Stop, Arrest, Search (No Weapon); dismissed, Evading Arrest.
Phillip Preston Connell, Ellis Road, Buena Vista, guilty – lesser charge, Drivers License to be Carried and Exhibited, no fine, 30 days, unsupervised probation, payment arrangements through clerk's office.
Montevaius D. Finch, Riggins Street, Paris, guilty, Probation Violation – Booked, no fine, six months, supervised probation for six months, probation extended for six months or until paid in full.
The following case was dismissed:
Diego Jorge Silveste, Millwood Drive, Nashville, dismissed, Driving Without License.
The following cases were rescheduled:
Bobby James Blaylock Jr., William Dunlap Jr., Maurice Lawrence.
