Centennial Bank of Trezevant Expands with Acquisition of The Bank of Jackson

TREZEVANT, Tenn. (April 25, 2025) – Centennial Bank, Trezevant, reached an agreement to acquire The Bank of Jackson.
The resulting organization will hold approximately $1 billion in assets and operate fourteen full-service locations and three electronic branches. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to close by year-end 2025. The headquarters for the combined bank will remain in Trezevant, Tenn.
The boards of directors of both organizations approved the transaction. The purchase price was not disclosed.
