Congratulations to Chief Ryan White on being selected for the 2026 Local Government Leadership Program!

Chief White was chosen as one of only 40 participants statewide to attend this prestigious leadership program, which is designed to strengthen the knowledge and skills of Tennessee's elected officials and senior government leaders.

This latest accomplishment is another milestone in Chief White's dedication to lifelong learning and servant leadership. Throughout his career, he has consistently sought opportunities to grow as a leader, having successfully completed the First Line Leadership Program, the Southeastern Leadership Academy (SELA), the Carroll County Leadership Program, and the WestStar Leadership Program. His selection for the 2026 Local Government Leadership Program further demonstrates his commitment to bringing innovative ideas and strong leadership back to the City of McKenzie.

Chief White's passion for professional development reflects his belief that great leaders never stop learning. We are proud to see his hard work and dedication recognized at the state level and know he will represent our community with excellence.

Please join us in congratulating Chief Ryan White on this outstanding achievement and wishing him continued success as he attends the program in Jackson this September!
