A memorial service for Mr. Lowe is Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at 5:00 PM
Mr. Lowe was born July 23, 1972 in Huntingdon, to the late Larry Gene Lowe and Martha Ann Herndon Lowe, who survives. He was retired as a retail grocery manager. He was also preceded in death by his grandparents Ted and Mildred Herndon, and Leon and Lucille Lowe of Clarksburg.
Along with his mother Martha, he is survived by his daughter, Kiele Lowe, two brothers, Larry Lowe, Jr, and Tracy Lowe.
