From the Jul 21, 2026 e-EditionMr. Don Renfroe, 79, of Mixie, Tennessee, died Monday, July 13, 2026, at his home.
Funeral services are on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Bro. Randall Wood officiating. Burial will follow at Mixie Cemetery.
The family will receive friends in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home on Saturday from 10:00 AM until the time of service.
Pallbearers who will serve are Kevin Renfroe, Jeremy Renfroe, Drew Renfroe, Jonathan Holland, Scott Sageser, and Carl Johnson.
Mr. Renfroe was born May 12, 1947, in Huntingdon, Tennessee, to the late Virginia Lee and Garvin Ora Renfroe.
He was a farmer and a member of Mixie Baptist Church. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Royce Renfroe; grandchildren Aron Renfroe and Alyssa Renfroe; and a brother-in-law, Kevin Holland.
He is survived by his loving wife of 22 years, Tina Renfroe of Mixie, a daughter, LeeAnn Ellis, of Henry, a son, Chris Renfroe, of Henry, step-children Chuck Kinkead (Patti) of Cottage Grove, Page France (Jason) of Paris, a sister, Andoria Holland of Huntingdon, two brothers, Loyce Renfroe (Kathy) of Jackson, David Renfroe (Vickie), of Huntingdon. He also leaves nine grandchildren; Cody Voyles, Graci Ellis, Maleah Renfroe, Cale Ellis, Courtney Rose, Austin Kinkead, Brenna France, Bella France, Brystol France, and five great-grandchildren, as well as many special nieces and nephews.
