Carroll County General Sessions Court

HUNTINGDON (January 22) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on January 22.

Defendants bound over to the Grand Jury of the Circuit Court include:

Mark Thomas, Spruce Street, McKenzie, bound over on Meth-Manufacture, Deliver, Sell, or Possess With Intent; Simple Possession; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Zachary Ward, Bradford Highway, Milan, bound over on charge of Schedule II Drugs - Manufacture, Deliver, Sell or Possess, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding.

Jaclyn Dodd, Oaklawn Drive, McKenzie,, pre-trial diversion, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, $750 fine, probation; Probation Violation - extended six months.

Rebecca Jean Evans, Highway 77, Atwood, pre-trial diversion, Criminal Trespass, no contact with Hunter Ridge Apartments.

Nicole Tere Ferguson, Highway 124, McKenzie, guilty, Drivers License Must Be Carried and Exhibited.

Mario Gutierrez, Packard Drive, Nashville, guilty, Driving While Suspended; guilty, Speeding, $100 fine, time served, probation; dismissed, Registration Expired; dismissed, Registration Violation.

Michael Hubble, Stafford Store Road, Greenfield, guilty, Probation Violation, probation extended six months.

Joseph Long, Highland Drive, McKenzie, guilty, Meth-Possession or Casual Exchange, $750 fine, 30 days jail, probation; dismissed, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange.

Jeffery Wayne McPeake, Center Point Road, Reagan, guilty, Probation Violation, time served, probation.
