Anthony Shettle, Baker Road, Huntingdon, bound over to Grand Jury, Meth-Manufacture, Deliver, Sell or Possess with Intent; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Nathan Michael Yewell, Beumont Street, Martin, guilty, Underage Driving While Impaired; dismissed, Reckless Driving; dismissed, Seat Belt Violation; dismissed, Display of Registration Violation; dismissed, Driver Failed to Exercise Due Care.

Domestic Assault — Alexis Dunagan, Trenton, and Shawn Roy, Martin were both arrested for Domestic Assault on October 14. Officers Winberry, Rembert and Cunningham responded to Walnut Avenue, where a possible fight was in progress. Officers found the location and the two involved attempted to avoid the officers. The officers witnessed minor injuries on both suspects. Officers could not determine the primary aggressor, so they arrested both. Roy was also charged with Disorderly Conduct for not complying with the officers’ instructions resulting in officers restraining him on the ground.

Carroll County Sheriff’s Reports
Stalking — Michael Joseph Martel, Jr., Griggs Chapel Road, was charged with stalking and misuse of 911 on October 18. Carroll County Sheriff’s Department received a call from Martel stating that a person was stalking him, but the female stated that Martel had sent unwanted messages of a sexual nature to her phone.
