Mario Guzman, Ford Avenue, Muscle Shoals, Ala., guilty, DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, 48 hours jail, probation, not to drive for one year, DUI School, Alcohol and Drug Evaluation; dismissed, Vandalism; dismissed, Implied Consent.
Gavin Rosson, homeless, Cedar Grove, guilty, Probation Violation, probation extended.
April Shell, Southfield Drive, Dresden, guilty, Probation Violation.
Summer Marie Springer, Pea Ridge Road, McKenzie, judicial diversion, Driver’s License to be Carried and Exhibited; dismissed, Speeding.
Mindlin Yuriy, 16th Ct. Apt., Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, pre-trial diversion, Simple Possession, Casual Exchange, $250 fine, time served, probation.
