Paul Raymond Buckland Jr., Fowler Circle, Hollow Rock, guilty, Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Uses & Activities, $150 fine, 11/29, supervised probation for entire sentence, both counts consecutive for total effective 11/29 two-year probation; guilty, Schedule VI Drugs: Mfg., Del., Sell, Possess - Consp., $250 fine, 11/29, supervised probation for entire sentence, both counts consecutive for total effective 11/29, two-year probation.
James Randall Carter, Republican Grove Road, Atwood, guilty, Probation Violation – Booked, no fine, three months, supervised probation for three months.
Thomas Davidson, Main Street, McKenzie, guilty, DUI: First Offense, $350 fine, 11/29, supervised probation until all conditions are met and then unsupervised probation, cannot drive in Tennessee for one year, ignition interlock, report to serve February 20 at 6 p.m.; dismissed, Speeding.

Domestic Assault — Timothy L. Gilbert, Everett Street, McKenzie, was charged with Domestic Assault on September 26. Officer Jayden Rembert was dispatched to the residence, where Gilbert and a female had first had a verbal altercation and then Gilbert reportedly assaulted her. A witness corroborated the victim’s statement. Mr. Gilbert was arrested and placed under a $2,500 bond.
