HUNTINGDON (July 15) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on July 15.

The following cases were bound over to a grand jury:

Lesenda M. Gregory, Park Cove, McKenzie, bound over, Child Abuse/Neglect/Endangerment.

Harrison Stephen Maness, Paris Street, Huntingdon, bound over, DUI: First Offense; bound over, Implied Consent – Enhancement Only; bound over, Improper Lane Change.

Charles Dewight Pryer III, Highway 641 North, Camden, bound over, Reckless Driving; bound over, Evading Arrest; bound over, DUI: Third Offense.

The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding:

Jason Allen Brasure, North Cedar Street, Gleason, guilty – lesser charge, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Uses & Activities, $150 fine, 11/29, supervised probation for until conditions met, unsupervised probation for balance of sentence, cognitive behavioral training course, alcohol drug evaluation and recommendations; dismissed, Schedule II Drugs: Meth – Mfg., Del., Sell, Possess.

Patrick Dylan Cox, College Street, Bruceton, guilty – lesser charge, Disorderly Conduct; dismissed, Driving While License Cancelled.

Netisha Gordon, Walnut Circle, McKenzie, guilty – lesser charge, Drivers License to be Carried and Exhibited, no fine, litigation taxes only, payment arrangements through clerk’s office, unsupervised probation for 30 days.

Rosa Hampton, Hillcourt, Huntingdon, guilty – lesser charge, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $400 fine, 11/29, supervised probation for sentence, cognitive behavioral training course, alcohol drug evaluation and recommendations; dismissed, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Uses & Activities – Sol.

Joe H. Hunt, Cole Street, McKenzie, guilty, DUI: First Offense, $350 fine, 11/29, unsupervised probation for 11/29, ignition interlock, DUI school, report to jail on July 29 at 8 a.m., cannot drive for one year.

Dorian Williams, 4th Avenue, Huntingdon, guilty, Probation Violation – Booked, no fine, six months, supervised probation for balance, complete recommendations from alcohol and drug evaluation.

Trevor Jamar Willis, Blackburn Road, McKenzie, guilty – lesser charge, Driving While License Cancelled, no fine, six months, supervised probation for until conditions met, must obtain a valid driver’s license as a condition of sentence.

The following case resulted in judicial diversion:

McKenzie A. Sollis, Lower Standing Rock Road, Dover, judicial diversion, Underage Driving While Impaired, litigation taxes only, $250 fine, 11/29, supervised probation for until conditions met, cognitive behavioral training course, alcohol drug evaluation and recommendations, DUI school.

The following cases were dismissed:

Andreus Adams, John Bragg Highway, Murfreesboro, dismissed, Driving While License Revoked.

Jazz Johnson, Paris Street, Huntingdon, dismissed, Driving While License Revoked, $20 fine, contempt for being late.

Robert W. Prebeck, Watkins Road, Big Sandy, dismissed–cost to defendant, Public Intoxication, litigation taxes only.

The following cases were rescheduled:

Tytus Jeremiah Guajardo, Steven Merrell.
