Georgia was born November 5, 1959 in Hammond, Indiana to George and Mina Leonard. She graduated from Calumet High School and attended college at the University of Indiana, Georgia met Scott Woodruff in 1991. They married and raised their five children.
Her interest included family gardening, reading, crocheting, and watching home makeover shows with her husband. She devoted much of her time and energy to family members and her animals on their farm.
Georgia Woodruff is survived by a loving husband, Scott Woodruff, her sisters, Debbie and Jamie, and their children, Cassandra Westmoreland (Geoff), Patricia Graves (Richard), Scott Woodruff, Kari Ann spouse Chase and they're 13 grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, George and Mina Leonard, sisters Arlene and Martha, brother David Leonard, and daughter Sarah Woodruff.
Those we love don't go away. They walk beside us everyday. Unseen, unheard, but always near.
