From the Apr 22, 2025 e-EditionSimple Possession — On 04-09-25, Officer Brad Allen was dispatched to Cash Saver on a citizen complaint. Upon arrival, the store management told him that a man had been in the bathroom in the store for a while and they could smell marijuana. Officer Allen waited for the customer, Charles Hill, 31, of Huntingdon, was requested to come out of the restroom and asked if he had marijuana and he pulled out a clear plastic bag out of his front pocket that had 26 grams of marijuana in it. Charles Hill was taken into custody at Carroll County Jail.
