From the Jun 10, 2025 e-EditionDriving on Revoked License — On May 31, Officer Malachi Arline was conducting radar enforcement at Nanny’s parking lot when he observed a maroon 2011 Ford going 50 mph in a 30-mph zone. The driver, Quiana Tharpe, 43, had a revoked driver’s license. She was given 10 days to report to Carroll County Jail.
Driving on Revoked License — On May 22, Officer Dexter Richardson was patrolling on Veterans Drive when a gold Ford F-250 was traveling at a high rate of speed. The driver, Thomas Ballew, 23, had a suspended driver’s license from previous offenses. He was given 10 days to book into Carroll County Jail.
Driving on Revoked License — On May 21, Officer Malachi Arline was conducting radar enforcement on Highway 22 when he observed a red GMC Sierra speeding. The driver, Chase Stanton, 30, was driving with a suspended license. This was his 10 offense for driving on a revoked license. He was transported to Carroll County Jail.
